Services

101 Studios provides cinematic real estate media services including photography, videography, drone/aerial imagery, floor plans, virtual staging, and social media content production for real estate agents and agencies across Sydney.

Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon delivery of the final media package.

Delivery

We guarantee delivery of your edited media package within 24 hours of the shoot, unless otherwise agreed. Priority same-day delivery is available as an add-on.

Copyright & Usage

All media produced by 101 Studios remains the intellectual property of 101 Studios. Clients are granted a licence to use the media for the purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Media may not be resold or used for purposes outside of the original listing without written permission.

Liability

101 Studios will not be held liable for any delays caused by weather, access restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of equipment failure, we will reschedule the shoot at no additional cost.
